The link to the above board, is the member to member support based forum, for a service called "Free Banner Exchange. The service is a free exchange site, and allows people to exchange a graphic ad with a link, into a shared pool of advertisements of the same size.
The person, after having added their graphic ad and link, can then use a script on their site, for any of the sizes that they offer. Pageviews generated from that code, will allow the person to advertise for free, on the sites of others who may be using the service at the same time.
